Ethans passion for real estate started when he bought his first investment property. Since then, he has built an investment portfolio in both Toronto and Muskoka. While building his portfolio, Ethan worked alongside a local home builder, in order to become more knowledgeable about proper building techniques. This background, coupled with Ethans degree in Business with a concentration in Finance, where he graduated with honors, as well as his personal skills, serve as an advantage for both buyers and sellers. Ethan deals with all of his clients personally, and does not pass them off to team members. Ethan is now applying this background and experience to the real estate markets in both Toronto and Muskoka, and is helping clients on both sides of the transaction achieve their goals.
